  I purchased a sectional sofa from here back in late February and the frame of the couch had broken and I had called in may about the issue, they sent a man over to look at it and told me they would call me back, which never happened. I had some major medical issues and just forgot all about it, and recently called back over there because it has gotten worse, and they still refused to call me back, I had to call them, the manager wouldn't tell me that they wasn't going to fix my couch so she made her delivery guy tell me that they weren't going to fix it but they could fix it but they would have to charge me. I've done business with these people before and never had any issues. I always referred them to friends and family. But I've never been treated poorly or had such a terrible experience when purchasing anything like I have had with these people. And also I asked the manager Melissa I believe her name is, for her bosses name and she refused to give it to me. This woman has poor customer service, she treated me awful. Don't purchase from them!!!! Btw i spent over a grand on my sectional.

  Overpriced cheep furniture, what you ordered is not what you get, and when they say it will be at your house in a week its usually a month later. Ask for a manger if you like, but the chances of you being able to see/speak to one is slim to none because they will take your money but when a refund is asked for, they look at you smile and say no.

  Over priced for such poor quality furniture. Customer service is less than adequate. Your better off buying your particle board furniture from Wal-Mart and save yourself the trouble.
